Stay here!!!! Small, quiet and modern complex with the friendliest Balinese staff I have come across on many trips to Bali. Food was fantastic, and the one bedroom apartment I stayed in was huge. Although it was my first time at the Courtyard, it will be my accommodation property in Bali for every subsequent visit! Go rm #106....yeah! Modern, large size, clean and well laid out. The suites looked a little small, maybe okay for quick visits. If it's a longer stay, then you definitely want the one or two bedroom apartments. only 18 rooms, and even if there were people outside my room using the ...

a hidden gem, staff were very friendly , restaurant was immaculate, service was brilliant, the hotel room in need of a lick of paint apart from that if you want to stay somewhere quiet, central and with lovely staff The Courtyard has it all. We will be back and highly recommend.

The exterior / surroundings of the hotel is great, hence giving us a rather unpleasant surprise when we saw the less-than-topnotch condition of the room interior (specifically the bathroom).

not a "full on" touristy hotel, without heaps of games rooms, tennis courts or communal entertainment areas - that's the beauty of the place - keep it simple stupid!
constant stream of transport options passing by front of property. But for me, walking is always nicer, and everything you need is nearby anyway.
if I had paid full rack rate, rather than getting the much cheaper rates offered by this hotel booking service, I still would have found I got my money's worth for sure
