We found the staff to be very efficient, pleasant, helpful and hospitable. The services rendered were excellent. We did not like our first room and the desk happily arranged for us to be moved to another. The hotel itself is well-located and very pretty.

A very convenient base if you like a walk around the town, out to the rice fields and over to the monkey forest. We were out most of the time so didn't make much use of the facilities although the free 10 min massage in the spa on was very welcome. The first room we checked in to had air-con problems, so did the second but the third was very nice indeed - close to the pool with a small enclosed garden area. Yes, there's the odd monkey but there's also lush vegetation around and a peaceful atmosphere. Would we go again? Yes.

Don't expect great luxury but it is has its very own character - in a positive way. Rooms were okay - not great but good value for the money.
