I will never stay at the Bounty again. I stayed once before and it was fun, but this time it was horrible. You can't walk past the pool without a group of drunk bogans shouting 'Get your clothes off and get in the pool' and if you want to sleep, forget it, they start pumping out the most horrible heavy trance music at 10am so loudly it permeates every corner of the hotel and there's people screaming until 5am every night. Our bathroom door didnt even close, and the shower had the worst pressure, it actually hurt to shower. The women who work at the front desk are the only unfriendly Balinese people I met during my whole trip. I'm not sure if they ever clean their pool because if you get in, the water is like milk, it is horrible.

Stayed in the Superior Duplex room and was disapointed by the room quality and poor maintanience. Over all it has a good location in the center of Kuta and only about 5 min walk to beach but found it overly expensive for the standard of accommadation and will stay elsewhere next time.

While we stayed their there were renovations going on, our room shook for 4 out of the 7 days we were there! There was no warning or even a formal apology for this. It is a fun hotel but... a lot of partying resulted in a lot of noise from the pool area and from the surrounding rooms.On a better note, the staff were friendly and the food was good and the pool was fun. It was easy to meet new people and have a good time.A great place for a party holiday, not so great for a relaxing holiday.
