This trip stayed in a Superior room upstairs, which is much more comfortable than a standard. Would stay again, a bit noisy in the small hours some times but that was thru guests and nothing to do with the Hotel. Sometimes hard to get a chair by the pool as many young people staying there....

The location is brilliant and the staff friendly as are most Balinese, however the rooms quite dirty including black mould in the bathroom and a bit on the smelly side. It is common to have grey sheets and towels in Bali, however, the sheets actually had holes in them and the breakfast was the same every day and cold. All in all a disappointing stay, we had to leave the hotel and will certainly never go back there again. On the up side, the Satriya further down Poppies Lane II was lovely for the price.

Not very clean rooms. We had to change room because of the smell of wet and humid. Bathrooms require renovating.Helpful reception desk and the duty manager. Quite many trainees working during breakfast. E.g. when plates or coffee or something ran out it took some time to fix. Needs some improvement. Quite close to beach and shops. Some good restaurants nearby. Takes some time to walk to Kuta Sguare.

I booked stardard double room, but it's in the ground floor facing the swimming pool. There is a bad smell in the room. Perhaps second floor's better.
