"I go to Bali every month and normally stayed at another hotel in Nyuh Kuning, this is my frst time here. Excellent location, believe me. Quiet and secluded on a hillside with a river in front. If you know the area, you can walk through Monkey Forest to Monkey Forest Road within 10 minutes, along quiet country lanes. I would grab a torchlight and walk home in the enenings after dinner instead of taking a taxi or queue for the hotel transport. The local food in the restaurant is by far better than many restaurants in Ubud. Who wants to eat european food while in Bali anyway?"

"the hotel layout was lovely, it almost felt Like a village. the food was good and reasonably priced. the location was lovely, with gorgeous views over a river valley but it is quite far from town. however there are frequent free shuttle buses so we didnt feel this was a problem. the massages were excellent."
