The Bali Mandira was comfortable and clean with a nice outdoor shower. The resort was spacious with a lovely pool area with lots of green space. Facilities were good although computer access was painfully slow (minor irritation!). We spent 12 days at the resort and not thrilled with the food. I expect it's just that they cook things differently and the thought of breakfast made our stomach churn. The breakfast was included in our rate and although there was a hot and cold food, it didn't really appeal. Overall we were satisfied with the resort and would recommend it to others, not sure I'd return to Bali again - been there done that!

Hotel rooms smaller than expected but the ammenities and service morethan made up for that. Staff polite and friendly and priovided prompt service. Very happy with my stay at Mandira and would stay there again.

A wonderful hotel. Clean, spacious. Beautifully kept and all accommodation is located in a garden setting. There is lots of space for everyone around the pool and an added bonus was the adults only pool. Set right on a white sand and blue sea beach where you can enjoy a sundowner on huge comfortable sofas while watching the surfers catch waves into the sunset. Nothing was too much trouble in this hotel, the service was remarkable....I have never been to a place and received so many smiles. A good 4 star hotel. Extremely clean and was tidied every day. Toiletries were made available and bedding and towels were changed daily. Rooms are very spacious and all have balcony or outdoor space. Turn down service in the evenings. They had everything. Lots of space to accommodate everyone. 2 pools, one for families and one for adults. or you could sunbath in the shady and peaceful gardens. There were plenty of sun beds. There were a few restaurants. Restaurants were good as was service and quality of food...again nothing was to much trouble. Service was available around the pool. Taxis from the airport and taxis ordered by reception if necessary but lots passed by the hotel regularly anyway. I have never been treated so well or made to feel more welcome. Staff are extremely friendly. Loved the constant smiles.

Good service and a happy place to be to unwind and enjoy the the pools the surf and the happy faces of the people from Bali. The food in house was easy to eat while enjoy a drink by the pool,shops are all very close and the in house tour guide pricing was the best around.

I always enjoy staying at Bali Mandira. The staff are wonderful and would do anthing for you, the grounds are beautiful and there is so much space that you don't feel like you are crowded in with all the other guests. I love the new day beds and lanterns at the beach side next to the bar. This is such a relaxing place to sit at the end of the day and enjoy the sunset. I never hesitate in recommending friends stay at Mandira it's just a shame that accomodation in Bali is becoming so expensive.

The hotel was good, a little expensive for what you get. I highly recommend the Deluxe rooms as they are quiet and more private, also the outdoor shower is a nice novelty. The pools were nice, however not as big as they appear on the internet. Mosquito repellents in the room would have been good. Breakfast was good overlooking the beach. Overall this is a lovely Balinese style hotel, quiet and peaceful with a beautiful tropical gardens.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told the rooms which we reserved earlier already occupied, so we got upgrade rooms right away. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. We are sure we will come back next time.

had a fabulous stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Great ambience. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Only issue was with staff taking clean pool towels from our room which we wanted for a 5am swim. Loved that they provided us with small bottle of water each, every day. Very friendly and the renovations had no impact on our stay.

Internet is out of use. Hot Spot is useful. But I couldn't use it because of no information about it. I need ADSL system or broadband system!!. No internet system is out of use.

the hotel was traditional and had a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. It was very close to the beach and within easy walking distance of both Kuta and Legian. You could watch the sun set over the Indian Ocean from the pool area which had plenty of sun-loungers and towels. Overall, excellent value for money.

Enjoyed the open grass area around the pool side. Thought however there could have been more atmosphere during the day. Maybe include a games area, such as pool table, ping pong table. Otherwise, a great hotel!

I thought the Bali Mandira was beautiful, the prices were a bit dear however. But the staff and food were lovely! Definately reccommend it
