Friendly staff, very polite, always willing to help. Excellent spa, beautiful garden, very good level of security. Only rooms should be refurbished, and it would be perfect. Hotel Travel were efficient, quick and reliable.

My friend and I stayed in several hotels in Bali and have to admit that Bali Hyatt Sanur is our favorite. The statt is very nice and helpful, the service is excellent and above all the beach view is out of this world, i think it is the best deal in town and would not hesitate to come back again, in fact i am planning my next trip right now and plan to go back. This is my honest opinion and hope you will have the same experience.

We had a wonderfull stay at the Bali Hyatt Sanur and would recommend it. Great service,Friendly staff nothing a problem,Lovley swimming pools,Would stay again.

We loved the tranquility. The hotel was almost fully booked and still it was not busy in a sense that there were too many people around. The staff is really friendly and competent. Every room has a private terrace or balcony, really nice.

Hotel grounds are great and staff very friendly. Food, drinks and tours available inside the hotel are very overpriced and I recommend the short walk to establishments outside. Breakfast is excellent.

Fantastic hotel. Loved every minute. Staff are amazing and make you feel really welcome from the first minute. Great breakfast every day and no problem getting a sun lounger. Restaurants are OK, but much better value down the street. All in all a wonderful week spent here. Highly recommend. Not certain an ocean view is worth bothering with that much. Didn't get a great view from where we were, but nice room all the same.

The room was not cleaned very well. Had to ask for towels every day.

The rooms are very nice just as discribed,the gardens lovely and lush well looked after and great for relaxing, all the amenities are excellent and all the staff are very friendly, and theres lots of room on the beach so you don't feel crowded. But there is quite a bit of seaweed growing in the water for those people who don't like the feel around there ankles, but the hotel staff do rake up any seaweed washed up on the beach every day
