Rooms very clean but basic. All other facilities were of a high and excellent standard.

Hotel rooms are large, great location right on the beach, renovations are just about complete and the outdoor area is excellent, 3 swimming pools and great outdoor eating area's. The staff are very friendly & helpful. It is in a great location, close to Kuta Square, markets, Waterbom park directly opposite & Centro Shopping complex right next door. This hotel is great value for the rates they charge.

The thing I liked most was the way the staff treated us. The hotel itself could do with refurbishing...the gardens were nice enough but again, it had an old feel to it. The location was good too because there were banks nearby and if you are willing to walk, you can get to the shopping stalls and hubs. The spa was probably the best looking interior within the hotel...it was very clean and it had the right kind of atmosphere. The prices were high for the treatment we got which could be improved upon. The manicure and pedicure that I received wasn't as professional as I expected even if the staff were very friendly.
