what i disliked about the room is that the stench of smoking was in the room, sheets, pillows.etc

Stayed 1 nite at standard room with twin beds on 2nd floor. The air from aircond blew directly to the second bed and could not been adjusted. There were holes on both bed sheets probably caused by cigarette burned. Tv remote was broken. Hot water was not working in the morning. No welcome drink. Thermos was empty since we came and when called room service to fill it, they refused to do it, instead they asked us to bring it down to the kitchen to fill it up by ourselves. I think they got mixed-up between room service and self service! Did not try breakfast, just checked out as quickly as we could!

This is a very nice place, friendly staff, good food, clean rooms, etc. Probably it is a bit far from the good beaches. We have enjoyed it very much!
