The standard rooms are basic, very clean and serviced daily. The staff are excellent from the moment your greeted and when you leave. Staff very accommodatiing, as we were travelling with a toddler. We were very spoilt with the buffet breakfast, which is excellent, and there room service, impeccable. Highly recommend your stay here....

it was a wonderful time to stay at the hotel, almost everything is excellent for me -i miss the breakfast ther and the room is very clean..the only bad is a bit far from shop. i will recommend my friend to stay in this hotel.

The swimming pool was very dirty. It had floating debris in it in the evening and the water was unclear even after being chlorinated. It apparently needed a new filter and even after complaining several times, it remained unusable.

A very nice hotel for you to relax :) and you can also get a chance see dolphin by just paying about IDR 80,000. The hotel can arrange dolphins watching trip for you :)

We had a pool view villa. The cheaper rooms are along way from the pool, restaurant,and beach. The hotel is long and narrow streching from the road to the beach. The balck sand beach was a bit ordinary with a lot of hawkers. The shops at Lovina are a 15 minute walk along the beach or 5 minutes by bemo.
