The quality of the room is very poor. The toilet is old, and the water could not flow into the drain. End up, the toilet floor was flooded. Also, the furniture are old and the TV is small with poor reception. From the outside, the hotel compound looks pleasant. But when you step into the room, you will get a shock.

WE HAD PAYED FOR TWO TRIPLE ROOMS BUT THEY ONLY HAD INFORMATION FOR TWO DOUBLE ROOMS, WANTED US TO PAY THE EXTRA,ALSO REQUESTED JOINING ROOMS ON GROUND FLOOR, AND GOT THIRD FLOOR NOT ADJOINING, NOT GREAT WHEN YOU HAVE FOUR KIDS. OVER ALL VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

the environment is very nice but there have a lot of mosquito especially at night. And it really just take a few walk to go to the beach. Also a lot of shop nearby. i am so happy to stay in this hotel except the mosquito night.

The Hotel only good for it's location. All furniture are very old > 10 years, it just like normal bed & breakfast, do not expect too much.

The room was a big big big disappointment. Ugly, dark, old. Old sheets, old towels...We had a leak in the bathroom, we complained and the manager did not even appologize. Awful experience

The best thing about this hotel is its location. just down the street from the much more expensive hard rock hotel. The room was good but the bathroom was pretty dirty. Like, in the "no amount of scrubbing could clean it way." on the first night our towels were dirty, they looked used. The pool area was nice and we could see it from the balcony. The staff was friendly and was willing to help us book trips and change money. The airconditioner was a little weak and had to be left on for a long time to cool the room. They had a luggage room which was a big help on our last day. We only ate at the restaurant once, for breakfast. It was overpriced and in my opinion you could get a much better meal at another place. Also, we wanted to get out and see things, not just eat at the hotel.

the pool was the saving grace.loud music and traffic nearby ruins ambiance.beach crowded and sea too rough for swimming.agressive street hawking was just too much and starts at entrance to Hotel! would not recommend for family holiday but great for young surfers.
