The location of the hotel is good. Breakfast also good. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Hotel very near to the beach and shops and is 30 minutes drive from the Airport and 5 minutes to Seminyak. Hotel is quite clean. Free wifi at lobby. Receptionist: no smile and slow
Bellboy: only one bellboy serve our luggage to three room, so we need to wait for him one by one

The shuttle service provided was very limited, with only 1 stop (Waterbom). Maybe they can add more stops.

For someone wanting a pleasant hotel that you were not spending a lot of time in it is value for money. Pool was in shadow most of the day and was cold. No grounds to sit and relax in if you want to spend time at the hotel. No lounges or chairs in room to sit and relax just a day bed which was a bit uncomfortable for sitting for longer periods. Staff very friendly and helpful and made you feel very welcome. Overall for a base to explore Bali and do tours it is OK. To fully relax and do nothing choise one with grounds to wander in. The quality of the room was good with everything in reasonable condition. Except for a cold pool in shade most of the day everything is easy to access. The service shown by staff was exceptional and staff were very friendly and helpful. Except for one meal at night and breakfast we did not eat at the hotel. It is central to a lot of restaurants and warungs to experience other places. Central to everything in Legian and not far from Kuta. There was drivers both in the hotel grounds and sitting outside the front. Taxis passed all the time so transport was no problem. No shuttle bus service from the hotel except on set days and it is first come first served.
Pool is in constant shade and is cold. It is always well maintained and cleaned though. No gardens for entertaining visitors. Only the hotel lobby or the bar area.
For someone who wanted a hotel to use as a base for tours etc it is good. For relaxing and catching up with friends find another one with gardens and groundsHotel Facilities
