Hotel is in a great central location with all facilities in great condition. Stayed in a Superior Room which was a good size, clean and tidy. Hotel staff were fantastic, there was a problem with the airconditioner and it was fixed asap, with compensation given. Couldn't ask for more regarding customer service. Everything is within walking distance, but there's transport at the entrance for looking further afield. I will be returning to this hotel, I have been coming to Bali for 17 years and tried many hotels. This one suits me just right! ...

Friendly, helpful staffs. very convenient location. you have minimarts, kodak money changer, massage parlours right in front of the hotel. the room is very spacey. no lifts tho and our room was on the 2nd floor. which was no biggie it wasn't that high. we had a room with a balcony facing the back alley which was constantly busy with scooters, cars and ppl passing by which could be a teeny bit noisy but wasn't a problem to us as we were out most of the time and worn out by the time we got back. as for security not to say it isn't a safe hotel it definitely was. just that using a padlock to lock the door to the balcony doesn't really ease ur mind. would i stay here again? Absolutely! the location was just perfect.

The hotel was in a good location - not near the beach, but near the clubs and shops. However the service was terrible. They refused to send a spoon and bowl to our room and told us to get it ourselves from the restaurant. My husband had developed a nasty fever and had similar symptoms to dengue and yet the hotel staff were not too bothered. I asked for a doctor and they directed us to walk (150m) to the nearest clinic, which was closed when we got there. They did not call ahead or offer to call the doctor to the hotel. My husband was really suffering and could not eat and so I kept ordering hot water and food to the room. The food itself was nothing to shout about. We had a late flight upon leaving and they told us that they would charge us half to room rate to check out at 6pm. However, if we wanted to we could check out at noon and come use the bathroom to freshen up later in the day. Which we thought was fantastic...until we SAW the "bathroom". Located at the far back of the hotel it looked worse than ever. Dingy, dark, falling apart and reeking of cockroaches! We basically made a U-turn and left. Thinking we smelt better than the terrible bathroom.
Basically I will NEVER stay here again.

After spending initial leg of our holidays in Singapore and India, I was really surprised the facilities and room size offered for the price I paid. It was peanuts as compared to what I paid in Singapore and the room size and facilities are many fold better. Situated in KUTA area and close to airport. Having lot of shopping area around the hotel is excellent Value for Money.

We stay at AD Hotel.AD Cottage have better location.The hotel is between Poppies2 & Jalan Benesari,quite difficult to find.No direct access to beach, it's a15-20 minutes walk to beach in the blazing sun but come evening it's a nice walk through Poppies 2,Popies 1,Benesari & jalan Legian,where U can find food,internet kios,minimarket ,laundry. Room is good,clean & spacious . Pool & garden is also preety good.
Overall,for $37, it's a bargain,it's worth it .
