This most certainly is not a five star hotel. The" suite" that we had booked was only a bedroom with a table and chairs inside and nowhere else to sit. The spa was non existent, no shop, could not buy a glass of wine at the bar only a full bottle. The restaurant was absolutely awful and we along with three other couples refused to eat there after the first night. We went to use the pool at 11.30 a.m the first morning and could find no one to put cushions on the sun beds and the pool has leaves floating in it and was not cleared until at least six of us complained. We were offered damp towels to lie on as well. We ended up being given a free weekend stay for another time because we wrote to the head office and complained. Needless to say we will not take them up on the offer.
