A very friendly hotel in an unbeatable position, a pity they d'ont upgrade the facilities, especialy the bathrooms which leave a lot to be desired, however this hotel has a great Indian style charm and I would stay here again.
Badly needs modernising. Pool not open for half of our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was dissapointing on this visit, was much better last time.
Cheerful cleanlng ladies who did their best.
This Hoyel has virtually a private beach, and is very close to all the shops and restaurants. Everything for transportation available outside the Hotel.

Pluses- Efficient & friendly service, good clean private beach, good laundry service, good ayurvedic centre, reservations, check-in and check-out handled efficiently.
Minuses- Restuarant not smoking free, travel desk not very well informed (expensive and waste journey to a temple at Nittyatinkara, as it was closed), safety hazard particularly for old guests as those in the ground floor rooms to the restaurant do not have a hand rail along the steps which often gets wet in addition during evenings it is not lit adequately. The vegetation area between hotel boundary wall and beach needed to be litter picked.
Overall good value for money and would consider revisting and recommending to friends and family.
