Rated #2 for all Pondicherry hotels
A very good, modern top notch hotel with everything you could ask for catering to the privileged. The single negative fact was not being able to open the window, (due to the AC system?) And there was so much staff all the time, it felt almost wierd. Didnt know who or how to tip, what was customary/expected. A nice oasis to come back to after a long hot/challenging day being a "tourist"... but would maybe look for something more "authentic" India (and cheaper?) next time round. ...
