We had an excelent stay at the metropolitan.The staff were fantastic and the food at the restaurants very good.I can't recomend the travel service (tours)though ,which we found to charge about 4 times what you would pay if you organised yourself....

Business center is not open 24/7 what good is it when you want to e-mail someone. and cant use the Computers because the center is closed.
But they dont have any problem charging a high price when its open on there terms. Aiport pick-up is to expensive! You are charged for a round trip.
For the Vehical leaving to the hotel to pick you up and returniung $45+$45=$90
for something that should be only $45. Also you are chargad a service fee for food. Most of the hotels in Delhi do not charge this! The Hyatt, Raddison and the Ashoka do not charge! So if you are charaged then dont leave a TIP.
the rooms are ok not the best. Hotel facilities poor, dont expect much. very poor idea of what a business class hotel is! The staffs idea of what a business center is not what the rest of the world thinks. They have no idea that people from all over the world need to do things back home. very slow internet, and the cost is very high! you only have sertin hours of use. the time you need to us it back home. they are closed.
