Janpath Hotel has an established patronage. To the executive in town on business, it offers a home; to others, a touch of business-like efficiency and convenience.

This was a horrendous experience. Right from the beginning, we discovered that there was no reservation. Your agent in Delhi was not helpful. The hotel informed us that the money was not paid. After repeated phone calls, the agent resolved the issue. Hotel Janpath is scheduled for demolition in the near future and most of the amenities listed on the website were non-existent. We will be cautious in the future regarding hotel reservations made outside the United States.

I have to say I was terribly disappointed with the Janpath. It is advertised as a 4 star hotel but barely reaches a 3 in my opinion. Our room itself wasnt bad but certainly was not worth what I paid. Our bath tub had huge cracks in it so the water gushed out - travelling god only knows where (into the ceiling of the room below us no doubt!) The lobby is very old and shabby and the food served at breakfast was the same every day and absolutely terrible. I think in some parts of the world the Janpath could be sued for false advertising!
