For european standards, the room was not clean, not renovated in at least the past 15 years. Bathroom was insalubre. The location is obscure. The staff was ok. However is a cheap hotel for Delhi. You get what you pay for.
Staff was ok. Not excessively friendly, but ok. The restaurant was also not renovated in decades. The bottled beer was ok..
Only the lobby got renovated some years ago, the rooms, restaurant, etc not.
Hotel public areas not available, you must be kidding.
Hotel location poor, Dirty area, small streets. Hotels are expensive in Delhi. Better pay more for more.

That was a most horrible experience for me and my companion. We arrived at 2:10am in New Delhi and checked in at Crest Inn but moved out immediately after the sun was up. Not recommended for anyone to stay in. Its not worth the $43. price

One of the worst hotel we ever stayed in and had a very bad experiences.One such was booked a Agra tour with the hotel and, 1st they overcharged compared to other participant of the tour from the othe hotels even like Taj and then they left us on another hotel premises in New delhi to find our way back to the hotel paying transport twice.(where as the other participants were dropped to the respective hotels. Tour operator said he has not been paid by this hotel for our transport back)
This type of hotels should never recommended for people
