Even though a bit expensive for a 4-star hotel, still a good option in Delhi where multi-star hotels are getting very costly. Staff were nice and helpful and things were running smoothly, room was clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel is very convenient. We had heard lots of good comments on the restaurant "Sevilla" but unfortunately could not test it as it was closed due to the thunder storm.

I had a room which had inadequate air-conditioning, and although large it had very little furniture (no desk, only one chair). Room A large room but bare of furniture. No desk (I had to use the tiny dressing table), only one chair, poor airconditioning. It was not what I would consider 5 star standard. There was nothing remarkable about the facilities. I only experience the 24 hour restaurant, and found the breakfast buffet was not as good as in other 5 star hotels in Delhi.
Hotel in Delhi are pricey but I have stayed in better rooms, and enjoyed better meals, than here. I was disappointed.
I also had problems with the hotel voucher that I had been emailed - the Hotel kept insisting that it was not the correct one and that I needed one from someone else. Overall I was disappointed in the hotel.

I was placed next to the reception hall and kitchen. It was extremely noisy and could not sleep at all and complaining did not help. Next day there was building work going on. The worst experience in my life.
