The Balrampur House in the town of Nainital was the summer palace of the Royal Family of Balrampur from the 1880s until 1932 when the old-single-storey palace was demolished to recreate a modern building. Balrampur House has lovely gardens, with the towering Cheena Peak featuring into the vista. All rooms have been outfitted with modern conveniences.
