Ramada Palm Plaza is situated in a very nice area and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were a bit run down and needed some work. The paint was chipping and several areas of the wall had mildew. However, the bedding and bathroom were very clean. I would recommend this hotel if they fix up their rooms. cleanlienss of room was poor. facilities were good, took a while for someone to come to the buiness center to turn on the computeres.
