We got to know the staff over the week that we were there and they made us feel like we were at home. The spa, massage therapy, gym and pool were so great that we were there every afternoon, and the lobby so grand that we spent many evenings just reading in a couch while the piano player played beautiful music in the background.
I would recommend this incredible hotel to anyone who wants a memorable trip to Mumbai.
