The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
The only negative with the hotel is that if you are unfortunate enough to get a non sea facing room, then the view that you get is very bleak.

Centrally located and walking distance to most places in vicinity of Marine Drive. Loads of restaurants for any budget in neighborhood. Price paid was very reasonable compared to similar properties in the area.
