1. The hotel is located too far away from Mumbai International Airport. 2. No response on airport to hotel pickup service. Thus then took local taxi which was a terrible experience. 3. Room was quite narrow and small as compared to the price being paid. 4. Water dripping from the sink as I turned the faucet. 5. Breakfast was requested to serve at the hotel room as I was leaving at 3.00 a.m. The food was poorly cooked. 6. The elevators are ghastly and poorly maintained. Need an immediate renovation. 7. Request to reduce the stars.

Staff were very helpful. Food was not so good, they tried to do too many different nationality food in one restaurant. My room had plastic covering the carpet when I arrived, but was removed when I complained and asked for a different room. Walls had peeling wallpaper, which could be due to the flooding they had. Aircon was very noisy, again when reported to the Duty manager, it was fixed. Windows not double glazed so very noisy. Some areas of the hotel smelt very musty, again due to the flooding they had.
Overall the staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful. But the hotel and amenities were very tired and shabby looking. Was supposed to be a four star hotel, but was disappointed with appearance. Location was very central.
