air condiitoning did not work, had to change rooms at 1am in the morning.There was building work so noise was unbearble while trying to rest. The service in restraurant was slow and did not clean up spilled juice on the floor until we asked them to although they had seen it.

Great location - but it is not beachfront. (Bombay beaches are all dirty, with plastic bags in the water). Bathrooms are basic, what you would expect from a $40 a night discount hotel. Breakfast was nice, with good hot and cold foods.
Bathroom door opens well into the space - have to step around to get in. Ceiling was cobbled together - a sloppy job even when it was new. I had to wait a long time for service - they have too much paperwork to do before they can g enerate a simple bill. Would not give me my hotel points without a faxed copy of my card - in other BW hotels they just look up my account and post my points.
Outside restaurant food was unappetizing and expensive. On Juhu Tara road - took only 6 minutes to SantaCruz airport. Could grab a cab in a minute.
