All the staffs are very helpfull and friendly. They do their best to serve us and made our stay a pleasant one. The buffet breakfast is excellent, with so many choices of foods. The front office and travel desk staffs gave us excellent references for places to go for shopping, eating, and touring around the city. The rooms (we had adjoined rooms) are very clean and the bath rooms are nice. We had a hotel staff meet us at the airport and help us with all the necessary airport procedures for us to go back to our country. We highly recommend this hotel to the travellers to Kolkata....
