On the positive note, I was very impressed by the manager Mr.Jain. He went out of way to help us when we figured that Ajmer was out of our way. As he said ("we'll make it happen"), promptly he took care of trading two rooms at their Ajmer properties where we had reservartion with one extra day in one room in Jaipur. That was a huge help.
On the other hand, we had a lousy experience with their housekeeping. We had asked for extra bed. It was not ready when we arrived. We checked in and within 30 minutes we left for our outing after telling them to put the extra bed in our room by the time we are back. We arrived 4 hours later. The bed wasn't there. I call them and ask again. No sign of extra bed even after 30 minutes of the call. I had to go downstairs and give them a piece of my mind before I got what I wanted.

Punjab evening- food was very poor and extremely late in being served. Pool is in the shade for most of the afternoon, not enough sunbeds/chairs.
