Satisfaction
Totally I'm satisfied with this hotel, but i have some points with which I'm not satisfied. 1) I couldn't use hot water sometimes. 2) They don't have enough rupee to exchange, and sometimes refused my exchange request. 3) Room fee is a bit expensive, taking the room facilities and hotel facilities into consideration. However, the staffs are very friendly and did well for me during my stay, so i could stay with comfort.
