In fact, the resort was fuly booked mostly with large groups/charters. The overall feelingi s that regrettably, probably due to poor managemen, the resort seemed to sacrifice quality to quantity, reducing the intresic beauty of the place.
For instance, it was mpossible to use a sun bed in the swimming pool as all the custumers would go and 'reserve' their spots before 0800, before even finishing breakfact. The breakfast was terrible. A lot of very mediocre to bad choices, over cooked, greasy, dry pastries, poor selection of fruits (in the tropics!), tastless dishes, burnt and dry toasts.
In order to catch two additional client (as mentioned above, hotel was fully booked and there are appox 200 rooms!) the resort management happily put us in the back of beyond, in what seemed to be the old 'maids quarters' or some other squallid locale, never intended to be used as a room to begin with, not even the quality of a poor st
