"Faulty towers" in India. This hotel is a long way out of Ernakulam town centre and a long way form the airport. Whilst the rooms are OK and the food alright, it is so far from anything that I would not reccommend this hotel to anyone.
Not sur eif this is supposed to be a business or tourist hotel. Shop & coffee bar hidden in basement and appeared to be out of action. Pool facility needs revamping as does the entire ambience of this hotel. It seems to living in the past
Staff all firendly and provided the necessary service. Nothing outstanding.
Hotel is a long way formt he airport and also a long way from Ernakulam CBD - MG ROad.It is a very inconvenient location. Food was OK - nothing to make note of = possibly a little pricey for what it was.The hotel was clean but everything is very tired in it. No on site taxis or auto rickshaw. Taxis don't like going out there as ther eis no return fare. For a hotel presented as this one is, I owuld have expected to find a bar or alcohol available in a mini-bar.Poor location and nothing exciting when you get there. It is simply a mediochre hotel in a poor location
