Extremely courteous/friendly staff, especially the lady at the travel desk who as quite helpful in arranging a city tour and offering shopping tips. The food was fantastic with a wide spread. We would use this hotel again, the room was very comfortable and staff helpful. The restaurant was relatively expensive (for dinner) and the hotel next door does cheaper and much nicer food - however Room Service was brilliant and reasonably priced, and the Coffee Shop was good, although noisy.
The hotel did not offer much in the the way of tourist info, access to taxis - but we used Lonely Planet and just hailed our own taxis outside.

A good comfortable Hotel in the middle of all the action, as a result can be noisy during the day. But well worth it for the experiance, food superb, genuine Kerelan fare!! Genuine Indian food. Large room,comfortable and clean. Good restaurant with exellent food, plus a new trendy modern bar. Friendly and helpful staff.
Very central with India passing the front door. Travel desk helpful ,tranport always available.

The hotel is on MG Road in the Centre of Cochin, the staff people were really friendly and the accomodation was good. I booked a Suite that has wooden floors, I can only recommend to book these rooms, cause out of the rooms with carpet came a strange musty smell. Then it seems to be not a good idea to book the hotel,
