The staff was friendly and efficient in a kind of laid back manner. The location was not very convenient for shopping. The room was nice and the meals were alright. Room service, laundery service, front desk was efficient and helpful. But they were not able to help us out with maps of the city or give us information on good shopping areas etc. The tour desk was closed for two days and we were able to secure a taxi only on the third and last day. The hotel was cheap, clean and friendly....
