1- The service was awful especially at the reception desk (better with room serice) : people were not friendly especially with foreign women. Children were not allowed in any bar, lounge even during the day. It was answer to us that the only place for children to drink something in this hotel was in the room !!! 2- It is indicated that the hotel is located in between center and airport, the reality is that it is far from airport and city center. 3- The amenities announced on the web (fitness center...) don't exist or maybe the staff didn't want to indicate them to us... In conclusion, our experience (two foreign women with two children aged 4 and 10) was an unpleasant one. we were very happy to leave this hotel.
