The hotel has rooms that are in need of upgrading but are quite large and comfortable. The public areas are more than presentable. Any failings are overcome by the most friendly and couteous staff I have encountered for some time. Special thanks to the staff of the restaurant for their attentive assistance at breakfast lunch and dinner. Room service is speedy and efficient. Food is exemplary. But, the rooms could do with an upgrade...The room furnishings are a bit tired..... bathrooms average...... fittings ordinary

Dining area staff are SO attentive at all meal times and nothing is too much trouble...... the staff would be competition for Thailand as the Land of Smiles.
That public areas are very presentable..... the rooms are as clean as you could expect for rooms that are a little tired and jaded.
Wireless internet service was up to standard but suffered the vagaries of indian power connections.
Reasonably easy access to airport and comfortable area of city. Very personable and friendly hotel car drivers and easy access for the attendees of business meetings.
