Excellent helpfulness from the staff. Big minus for bathroom standard, though. Breakfast should may be improved. Excellent evening restaurang and room service, though. Some problems with the taxi company located in the hotel, concerning attempts to offer more than we demanded in order to charge more (driving us around for "sightseeing tour" and "very nice shop, very cheap" although we only wanted a single drop, and then charging us for the whole "tour". The hotel staff's understanding for this latter problem was limited.
