Fantastic value for money. The staff are very sweet. Great restaurant and shop.I certainly would stay there again and recommend it to friends. Very good and spacious room. Nice pool, shop , restaurant etc. Great buffet at reasonable costs. There was some work going on which marred the look a bit but it was clean everywhere. Fantastic. Very reasonable for this standard of service.
We could walk out and be in the midst of everything.

Its very rare sofisticated & organized hotel. I recommend to every one. In the restaurant a few stuff loitered and absorbed in private conversation near by banquet of food. And schef was counting bill and picked banquet food by his hand. I pointed out to floor manager its out of manner. Floor manager stoped it immediately. When I check out I left old shoes in my room. House keeper came to me and warned my forgetting. I replied its small present for you, because its old shoes. He was convinced but he required my evidence for him & signature. I was supprised penetration of hotel principle to employees. Very comfortable and satisfied hotel.

Very dated hotel, the pictures that i have seen of the hotel on the web were allot btter than in real life. Rooms were ok ish ..... breakfast was the best thing, avoid the roof top restautrant, dirty, overpriced and avoid at all costs. Agra is a dump, see the taj and get tyhe hell out of there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room was a good size and clean. we had an extra bed in for our 9yr old.
Bathroom was clean and modern. Hot running water at all hours - rare in India. We stayed at the hotel for two days, its very easy to walk to the Taj Mahal from here although as with most of india as soon as you walk out the door the hawkers are there.
The breakfast was a buffet and was fine, but the dinner which was also a buffet style didn't look very appealing, so we ate at pizza hut over the road which was fabulous.
There is a beauty/barbers shop in the hotel which offers a range of services reasonably priced - 500Rps (£6.00) for a full body massage and the swimming pool was clean. Would definately stay here again if in Agra. Swimming pool clean and towels provided. Bar was pleasant. Reception desk were very good and quick. Pool staff were helpful. food in restaurant didn't look very appealing so ate out. within walking distance to Taj Mahal, just outside main town.
