Amazing hotel, it's not a 5 but a 6 stars hotel, it's the best palace in Budapest. The room was superb, the breakfast buffet excellent, you have everything from cold to hot meal anf of course if you want a glass of champagne ... You need to take the executive package that give you access to a special lounge with free internet access, newspapers, drinks, apero, snak from 10H00 to 22H00. Everything is free if you take an executive room. You have also free acces to the royal spa, with a large pool, 2 jacuzzi, 2 sauna and eucalyptus room. If you paid you can also have some traitment like massage ...

The concierge was very helpful: location on tram lines and close to subway; rooms very nicely furnished with all the amenities you might want, including a great spa. Would definitely recommend this hotel: it's worth the extra money.

We enjoyed our stay and really liked the restaurat, piano bar and spa. However, the spa was close two days out of our three days stay, but the offered us free entrance to a sister hotel spa which was nice of them. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is its location comparing to the hotels on the Danube bank, but at the end it is good value for money.

Best thing if you can afford it, it's to take in the behind of the hotel, a royal appartement with 90m2 full equiped, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, livingroom and a superb view on a nice patio ... Simply georgous ...

What makes this hotel special is the staff. We are experienced travelers and recognize superior personnel when we are lucky enough to find it and the Corinthia in Budapest exceeded our expectations as it relates to your staff. In particular, we want to commend the Concierge, Bence Biro who consistently went above and beyond to answer questions, make dinner and/or tour arrangements, etc. He always was graciious, friendly informative and competent and helped to make our stay in Budapest so much better. My entire career has been in Customer Service at a major USA corporation, I have been an executive in that field in the USA and all over the world so I can tell you with confidence that Mr. Biro is an asset to your business and I would hire him in a minute!
One item of constructive criticism I would offer is that you should somehow figure out a way to enable use of hair dryers in the bathroom vs, at the desk in the bedroom which does not offer enough light nor is it convenient for dry dripping wet hair.

Our stay at the Corinthia Grand Royal Hotel was wonderful,which started at the airport pickup. Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by our names and taken up to a lovely room.The breakfast buffet was wonderful everyday of our stay! The concierge was most helpful with planning our trips,dinner reservations and also just taking the time to speak with us about Budapest. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Beautiful Hotel. Spacious( standard room is 30 m 2), very beautiful bathroom. Very clean and neat, high quality furniture. But by the standard room you get no fresh trough the the window. The bath is a tiny small. we get another ( more expensive) room for free. Near by centrum, close by many bars and restaurants. Tram stops before the hotel. very nice swimmingpool but the water is a little cold, there were only 2 sauna's and a steaming room, I expected more free facilities. Very large openingshours for the spa ( 06.30-22.00 hour) en gym ( 24 hours a day). Very nice and beautiful hotel, really a five star hotel !! This is truly a very beautiful hotel and Budapest is also beautiful and not expensive !

We found the Corinthia Grand Hotel Royal very much to what the description on the hotel is. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in particular was very good and the areas to eat in were lovely. The hotel was in an excellent location as it was close to many restaurants. The Opera House was also quite close by. In my opinion, we were very impressed with this hotel.

The hotel was superb and great value for money. My partner was soooo impressed that I was able to find a 5 star hotel at such a reasonable price. We had a great time in Budapest all the better for staying in such lovely accommodation. The service was superb and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
