too much money fir what you get but not a lot of competition so you have no choice. rooms dull and in need of refurbishment, which was going on at the time of our visit - all the hallways a mess and smelt strongly of paint. very old building and lacking in common facilities such as elevators. we had to haul our luggage up two floors. nice location near beach and good restaurant - decent evening buffet and pleasant staff. would rather not stay there if there was a better alternative
