I only stayed over for one night before I went on to visit another ocuntry. My impression was that the check in/out was smooth. I left early in the morning, there was only 2 people working on the front desk. It got a little busier after I chedk out so I didn't get to ask my question about obtaining transport to the airport and I finally gave up and took a taxi which was rigjt outside the hotel anyway.

We selected this hotel because of its nearness to the airport and stayed overnight. The free shuttle was not operating after midnight so we took a 5 minute taxi ride to the hotel. No deluxe room was available with a double bed so we were upgraded to a superior room. The room was a modern marvel a spectacular view, plasma TV, art features, a glass-walled toilet and shower which wonderful after16 hours of travel. The bed was very firm! Check-out was as efficient as check-in and a shuttle to the airport was waiting. Our short visit was a memorable experience. With the high rates at most TST-area hotels, this was probably as good a value as you could get in Hong Kong for an overnighter.

I needed an inexpensive place to stay for one night in Kowloon, park hotel fot the bill. Rooms were renovated and clean, but very small (like all places in Hong Kong). The only annoyances were that they were renovating the lobby so everything seemed sardined together.

I only spent one night in Hong Kong so close location to airport was my main criteria in selecting this hotel. I was pleased with the level of service that I received. Checking in and out was easy and hassle free. Front desk was very helpful with any questions that I had. Free airport shuttle was a definite plus for me. Would stay here again if traveling through Hong Kong on another trip.

This was an excellent hotel overall.The buffet breakfast was also very good.
From 2001 onwards we stayed at the Regal Airport Hotel which was really convenient.However it went from $180 (2001) to over $400 (with breakfast)in 2008.
Thank goodness for this hotel & the 5 min free shuttle bus.
Unfortunately, there is a large mall attached to this hotel & my wife had a wonderful
shopping excursion.
How some people reviewed this hotel (very poorly)They must have a problem or are looking
for a 'freebee'.

We stayed with our 3 year old on Hong Kong island Causeway Bay initially and then moved to Lantau island for our Disneyland trip prior to departure via airport. This move was recommended as the day out in Disneyland can be very long.
This hotel has an excellent location - direct access to train line - so easy transport to Disneyland and convenient for shopping, cable car to giant Buddha and free shuttle to airport. Access to buses also excellent and a trip out to Discovery Bay to the outdoor restaurant courtyard and beach area is very relaxing. ( Also has views of Disneyland fireworks at night). Supermarket in basement of citygate shopping centre is very convenient - also handy for small Disneyland motif items. It also has an adjacent playground area which was a huge bonus for our 3 year old as these were hard to come by on the island.
Breakfast at the hotel is good also - with a good range of hot and cold food, and chefs on site to cook your eggs, and serve congee or noodles if desired.
We were a little indulged by our previous hotel which provided free water bottles daily, free internet access and a DVD player in each room. These facilities were not provided by this hotel, but its convenience leads me to recommend it highly.

It was bit expencive overnight stay, connection flight next day. So, not much time to use services. You could do someting to shower and and pipes at bathroom floor. We were standing like in the pool, cause water lay on the floor. Hot water was running poorly.
