Location location location. Excellent hotel close to everything.Too much to see and not enough time. Extremely clean and comfortable room but twice Sheraton made HUGE mistakes with the accounts! The room was exceptionally large compared to the others we stayed. Located right across from the transit system, easy access to shopping, food, and transit. The staff provided excellent service. We will definately return to this hotel. Sherif Eldeek, Egypt
This was my first time in Hong Kong, and I got to say it was an excellent one....Sheraton is located very nicely in the heart of everything....transportation, entertainment, restaurants....victoria harbour.....Me and my wife enjoyed the friendliness and the professionality of the staff....I would hope to go back one day again.....I recommend to everyone going to Hong Kong. Rooms tend to be smaller than North American standards but in conformity with Hong Kong. Room well appointed and bed was very comfortable with high quality bedding. Great hotel in excellent location.Reservation with hotel travel.com went without any problems and the best price by far. Best deal if you can prepay for breakfast as Hong Kong does not offer a lot of American style breakfast eateries other than Mac Donalds. Roof top pool and spa facilities great. Restraunts excellent. Close to great shopping and the waterfront. On top of the best subway and public transit sysem I have ever experienced. Buy an "octapas card and travel HK- get a senior card and travel half price. The rooms though new and modern were really small. For the price this hotel normally charges(though hoteltravel.com did get us a really good rate of $144) for a standard room without a view around $250, you can get a suite with a harbor view at the marco polo hong kong hotel or other hotels in the same class. The location of the hotel was really good, right on Nathan road with direct access to MTR transport and walking distance to major shopping areas. 7 eleven and watsons right behind hotel was a big help for last minute needed items. Food outlets really good. Mortons steakhouse excellent. sky bar nice. Coffee shop with really good buffet. Unkai resto good food but incredibly overpriced. Sherato Kowloon was really nice place to stay for sightseeing and business both. location is perfect for shopping and view was nice. I had breakfast there and it was also nice, staff was very kind and they provide us water everyday, it was great. I will stay Sheraton again in future. Gregory Koenig, United States
