We booked a room on the executive floor (which is a lot cheaper through this website than directly booking through the hotel). The extra cost of the upgrade was well worth it! Especially the access to the executive lounge which included a selection of snacks all day, fruit, cakes, drinks and internet access. At night the cocktail hours from 6-8pm were great with lots of great wine & spirits, as well as food on offer. The executive floor check out & staff were also excellent. I had accidently left my mobile in the lounge and they kept it in their safe until I asked if anyone had handed it in - v...

Great location too - especially since we had a view of the harbour :) We would definitely stay here again, if visiting Hong Kong

I liked the seperate reception for the club floor. The staff were very polite. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked very heavily during the recent typhoon, and within minutes the staff had me transferred to another room. Excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

I like the location of the hotel as it is located in a fairly quiet part of the bustling Tsim Sha Tsui disctrict, and still easily accessible to the Star Ferry, the shopping district, and Nathan Road.
I especially like the generous size of the hotel rooms and I have stayed at other hotels previously in the other parts of Tsim Sha Tsui and I felt like I was sleeping in a closet(by western standard.) Regal Kowloon is an excellent choice. The rooms are generous in size with all the amenities available to its guests including bath robes and terry slippers. With all the positives mentioned, I do however think the room(at least the one I stayed at) needs a cosmetic face lift. But overall, I was very pleased with the choice and my stay at the Regal Kowloon and would definitely recommend to other potential guests.

I was on a family holiday with wife and 2 kids. There was no problem whatsoever with the bookings of Hotel travel and the reservation process was very smooth. My room had a partial harbour view. This hotel is situated diagonally opposite Hotel Intercontinental and about 5 mins walk from the exit of TST station. But it is another 5-7 mins walk (in the walkalator) that you need to take from the MTR to the exit of the station. The maps of HK makes you feel that this hotel is far from the market but Nathan Road is about 10 mins walk. There is lot of bargaining in Nathan Road, do not be afraid to start negotiating @ 50% of their quotation. The swimming pool in the hotel was not visible, I am not sure if they had one. However, the climate was very cold and we didn't find the need to go to a chilled swimming pool in the winter. However the bathrooms had good bath-tubs. The hotel staff was friendly. They provided me a separate bed without any charge. If you don't know Cantonese, it is suggested to carry the hotel map given with the key as the locals are not very familiar with the hotel but they would guide you if you show them the map. The map also has the hotel name written in Cantonese. Starbucks coffee, 7/11 departmental shop, money exchanger are all very close by. Overall opinion - satisfactory!

Pro: Excellent location. Very good breakfast at the cafe allegro. So, so:we booked a non smoking room, but when we arrived the rooms on the non smoking floors were full. We were very disappointed and finally they upgraded us to the executive floor.

The hotel offered us a reasonably priced upgrade to their Club floor--the room was excellent. We had a plumbing problem, which they dealt with promptly, offering us the option of repairing the plumbing or giving us another room immediatelyl. Central location, easy walking distance to metro station and the water. Food service for the evening happy hour on the Regal Club floor was incredible--what was referred to as "snacks" was actually a light meal! The breakfast was similar--the "continental breakfast included omelettes, bacon, fruit, and much more. We were pampered. Walking distance to metro station; free shuttle from the Airport Express Station, and free airport transportation for Regal Club floor guests (although service on the free hotel bus does not begin until 8:25am--too late for many guests with morning flights).
