We had a plumbing problem, which they dealt with promptly, offering us the option of repairing the plumbing or giving us another room immediatelyl. Central location, easy walking distance to metro station and the water. Food service for the evening happy hour on the Regal Club floor was incredible--what was referred to as "snacks" was actually a light meal! The breakfast was similar--the "continental breakfast included omelettes, bacon, fruit, and much more. We were pampered.
