The bathroom is too small. The hairdryer cannot be used in bathroom with mirror. This is a big problem.Others are good - in the executive floor.

It is good if you are on business trip and shopping is not on your list. The place is quiet from 9:00pm onwards. If you are on holiday, I would suggest you pay a little more and stay at TST area. You will need to take a bus from MTR to the hotel (big problem after whole day of shopping). Worse of all, staffs tend to give WRONG information on bus to take. For those of you booking this hotel, always take the bus heading towards Mongkok from hotel to Shopping areas and DONT take bus heading towards KOWLOON CITY. Concierge Staffs' attitude is Awful.

Was dissappointing to find that so much of the hotel was SMOKING permitted. It absolutely stunk! and was hard to sleep due to the smell, even in non-smoking wings. Staff were polite and helpful, but were very bad at English...not good for service. We will not stay there again.

Rooms are not up to the mark, small in size, hotel services are not upto the mark, located in a densely populated area, overpriced according to available facilities.
