"This hotel is situated in the centre of one of the main shopping areas in Hong Kong. It is very safe and close to all facilities. The railway station is in the basement of the hotel and the rail system is very safe and simple to use. We used a shuttle bus to access the airport on arrival and departure as we had quite a bit of luggage - this proved to be simple and efficient. All staff members of the hotel speak English and are very polite and obliging. We found the restaurant provided good quality food at a reasonable cost. We would recommend this hotel as we consider it good value for money and we would be more than happy to stay there again when visiting Hong Kong in the future."

"Room was good but alarm didnt work so we slept in, bathroom was very average, shower head was broken and had bits missing, It was good having the Mtr under the hotel ,also the shops were convenient, I bought a coke in the bar and it cost me $49.50 ,no wonder I was the only one in there. Breakfast was good but not included in price, pool was good but air conditioner fan noise right beside it was deafening so no one used it. It was a bit dissapointing for a 4 star hotel"
