This hotel is situated in the centre of one of the main shopping areas in Hong Kong. It is very safe and close to all facilities. The railway station is in the basement of the hotel and the rail system is very safe and simple to use. We used a shuttle bus to access the airport on arrival and departure as we had quite a bit of luggage - this proved to be simple and efficient. All staff members of the hotel speak English and are very polite and obliging. We found the restaurant provided good quality food at a reasonable cost. We would recommend this hotel as we consider it good value for money a...

Both my rooms were still freezing cold even though the air-conditioning systems were switched off. When we highlighted the matter to the hotel personnel, we were told that there was nothing to be done as the air-conditioning was centrally controlled apart from the individual controls in each guest room.

My wife and I attended the optical fair convention in HKCEC in wanchai and stayed in the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. The location is highly accessible to public transports particularly the MTR station in Jordan which is just under the hotel. Within walking distance to many shopping places, banks, fastfoods and parks. We also find it easy to commute going to Disneyland and Oceanpark. I paid 168 USD per room per night which I think was a bit expensive for an average sized hotel room. I also prefer window curtain instead of the sliding door to create a better ambiance. The television set was quite old and the remote was not working properly. Noise coming from the room next door as well as outside the room can be heard inside our room which was quite disturbing and sometimes annoying especially in the middle of the night. The hotel staff can communicate in basic english and friendly enough to attend to our needs. Quite convenience for us going back to the airport with the hotel's shuttle service but with an extra charge. Our trip was made possible in part with the help of HotelTravel.Com. Overall, I still recommended this hotel to those who wants to visit HK practically because of its excellent accesibility to almost all tourist destinations.
