- Cramped/smallish lobby, and this was made clear during the recent Chinese New Year Holiday weekend when it became crowded at the lobby area. Lots of guests checking-in. - Main entrance by the driveway, I didnt see any ramp to pass and pull my luggage. I had to lift and carry it. There was a Hotel bellman/porter willing to assist and very courteous.

Location and room was excellent. Bathroom getting a bit old and worn though. I would stay there again!!

The hotel room not really good. The bath room not really clean. Overal the hotel room very bad compare with the price that I paid at Royal Plaza Hotel. AC not really working well. The porter guy attitude so bad. When I forgot paid the tips He banged my door. At that time I was so tired and my son was slepping so We forgot and just thank you. I really not in purposed but too bad the attitude so bad.

Very good location, but for a 4 star hotel, the room was VERY basic, small and extremely noisy - renovation of floors close to ours went on for the entire period and nobody offered to change our room to a less noisy floor. Bottom line - overpriced.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Prince. We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was spacious and well equiped. We were particularly impressed by the service and friendliness of the staff, which was both consistent and genuine.

We booked for a non-smoking room but we were given a smoking room. Some of the furnishings need to be changed.

It was very handy as Harbour City is right below the hotel. The only problem was it was right at the end of the complex & after shopping all day seemed a bit far to walk from the MTR. I think out of all the Marco Polo Group the Gateway would have been convenient. Upon arriving we were upgraded to a delux room for some unknown reason so there was plenty of space for the 3 of us. Overall the service was great & rooms were very clean.
