The Park is close to shops, food and transport on Cameron Road. Step out the door and you're there. The room was small as is typical for HK but well laid out. Most importantly it was clean and the furniture and furnishings tastefully reflected it's recent renovations. Furniture and furnishings were modern, new and in very good condition. Had no pool or gym. Public transport was just outside the door.Being on a main road, Chartham Road on East TsimShaTsui also made them very accessible. I was the first to be picked up and dropped off on tours.
Everything in the room was controlled by a small control module on the bedside table. The lights, dimmers, aircon, TV, background music and alarm. It was very easy to use and I found it very convenient. This was what impressed me the most. Helpful, attentive and they remembered me the next day.
I could not say enough about the staff. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. I travel within Australia every 2 weeks and overseas every few months and have been in every kind of hotel imaginable. The staff in this hotel were definitely above average and I told them so when I left.
The park is reasonably priced. What is doesn't offer it more than makes up for in room and service quality. I've stayed in 2 other hotels in HK and I will definitely be back to this one. A HotelTravel.com Member, United States

when i couldn't find my key, they gladly issued me a new one (upon presentation of my passport) without extra charge. i returned both keys when i realized i left it in the room. Ed Jason de Guzman, Philippines
Nice interiors, very friendly and helpful staff, great location. Will definitely stay here on our next HK trip! We only tried the breakfast buffet. The food is OK but it needs more variety on a day-to-day basis. Near bus stops, taxis are readily available. Stephen Tyler, United States
I have been staying here for about 10 years. This is newly remodeled and done very well, a big improvement in style and features. Staff tends to be distant and aloof as always. Nicely designed and very clean. Desk staff seems distant and not overly helpful to a traveler. In this day and age, most lower class hotels offer free internet. Internet service very expensive compared to other hotels we stayed in. Lobby became very crowded at times as it is so small. Excellent location and very friendly staff, however - these features made up for the difficulty communicating on-line. Restaurant rather expensive but many reasonable restaurants and cafes nearby.Concierge friendly but very few tours available. Had to go elsewhere for tours. Siew Hong Lim, Singapore

There are some renovation going on along the road. Quite noisy and crowded .Other than that Hotel is clean and spacious. I had enjoyed my holiday. Kenneth Riley, United States
