Excellent location, very near Nathan Road and the Ocean Terminal without being overly expensive. Public transportation is readily available, very close to shops and restaurants. It is also walking distance from a Catholic Church, which is a plus for us. Courteous staff as well. The room we got this time (our 3rd) was a bit on the small side, but it had a great view of the park in front so it made up for the lack in size. Overall, another pleasant experience. Will definitely come back.

The hotel entrance is not good. The moment you step out of the hotel, you are along the streets crowded with people. There is no driveway so getting in and out of the taxi, especially with luggages is not very convenient. You got to look out for traffic. It is quite a distance from the MTR station, especially after a long day shopping. other than that, the hotel is fine but i will not stay there for my subsequent visit to Hong Kong as there are many more hotels with better location and that price.

The Park is close to shops, food and transport on Cameron Road. Step out the door and you're there. The room was small as is typical for HK but well laid out. Most importantly it was clean and the furniture and furnishings tastefully reflected it's recent renovations. Furniture and furnishings were modern, new and in very good condition. Had no pool or gym. Public transport was just outside the door.Being on a main road, Chartham Road on East TsimShaTsui also made them very accessible. I was the first to be picked up and dropped off on tours.
Everything in the room was controlled by a small control module on the bedside table. The lights, dimmers, aircon, TV, background music and alarm. It was very easy to use and I found it very convenient. This was what impressed me the most. Helpful, attentive and they remembered me the next day.
I could not say enough about the staff. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. I travel within Australia every 2 weeks and overseas every few months and have been in every kind of hotel imaginable. The staff in this hotel were definitely above average and I told them so when I left.
The park is reasonably priced. What is doesn't offer it more than makes up for in room and service quality. I've stayed in 2 other hotels in HK and I will definitely be back to this one.

I have been staying here for about 10 years. This is newly remodeled and done very well, a big improvement in style and features. Staff tends to be distant and aloof as always. Nicely designed and very clean. Desk staff seems distant and not overly helpful to a traveler. In this day and age, most lower class hotels offer free internet. This hotel charges $120/day (HK$) Why?? Not reasonable. An annoyance. excellent location

Internet service very expensive compared to other hotels we stayed in. Lobby became very crowded at times as it is so small. Excellent location and very friendly staff, however - these features made up for the difficulty communicating on-line. Restaurant rather expensive but many reasonable restaurants and cafes nearby.Concierge friendly but very few tours available. Had to go elsewhere for tours.

The room size was very decent, even enough for 2-3 luggagges. Bed and sheets were very clean. About 300 metres from the entrance of the Tsim Tsa Tsui MTR. Eateries are everywhere and needless to say shopping is literally right next door.

We will surprise when we check-in, after 5 minute the staff called and informed that they actually upgrade us a suite room cos the room are fully booked. We are very satify with the service and delighted when we switched on the tv, our name was on the screen as a welcome guest. Best of all, we were allowed to have a late check-out at 4 pm but we need to left the hotel early due to our plan.

MTR walking distance. I noticed from airport take the mtr to kowloon, free shuttle bus to hotel instead of changing mtr route. Hotel very clean and comfortable.

Location was great! The rooms are newly refurbished, as with the bathrooms. Relatively spacious for a typical HK hotel rom. However, the hotel seems not finished yet with its renovation because the elevator lobby for the lower floors (we were on the 6th floor but we didin't check out the floors higher than the 10th) seem to be for renovation still. But there was no hammering or construction during our stay.

Refurbishment was being carried out on site which caused a bit of daytime noise. The lack of a bar or lounge area was a negative factor but overall we were extremely impressed at the exceptional value for money. Having stayed at the hotel 10 years ago we were pleased to see that high standards had been maintained.Our room had recently been refurbished and the standard of housekeeping and cleanliness was excellent The restaurant was first class..... Try the Lobster Buffet.The hotel is very handy for the excellent MTR local transport system. We would be happy to recommend the Park Hotel to visitors to Hong Kong and would have no hesitation in using it again ourselves. We have stayed in many hotels across the globe. The Park rates as one of the best in its class.

It was an excellent experience to stay one night at Park Hotel. This was my second time to visit HK. The big space of the room did surprise me. And what surprised me more is an extra bed did not even charge me extra. Therefore the room rate is really cheap. Service from the counter, bell desk is, what I can say, also excellent. Although the staff had a difficulty to speak Mandrid, they did their best and made us feel their friendless. The location is also very convenient, it is within a walk distance to train station, MTR station, Victoria bay and some public facilities.
If I go to HK next time, I will definitely choose Park Hotel. And I will strongly recommend Park Hotel to my friends.

The bed was very comfortable. Size of the room was just right. Plenty of TV channels to choose from. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Location was excellent. Location-wise, Park Hotel is slightly off the main shopping street but it's just a 5 minutes' walk away... just remember to bring an umbrella along in case you get stranded @ the MTR and you may not want to brave the heavy downpour!
The room is very comfy!..with facilities for the disabled, but no bath tub. Overall, it was a good value for $$ stay. thanks!

The rooms are clean and neat. The hotel personnel are very accommodating and courteous. The only downside is the location which is approx. 10 mins walk to Nathan road and 15-mins to Canton road.

Fairly large rooms comparing other hotels in the area. Although I have stayed in this hotel before this time the check- in was very quick, also staff were friendly and was immediatly given late check out. The only thing i could fault was the noisy airconditioning which I got used to in a day or so. The bar was closed due to refurbishment. Could do with more sitting area in the lounge. Overall I think they have improved a lot looking at my previous stays at this hotel. Right in the heart of the city, easy transport facilieties MTR, Buses, etc

Although it was nothing special, the room was a comfortable standard room and was good value for the money. The location was wonderful, as it is within easy walking distance to the Star Ferry and the MRT station. The staff were as friendly and helpful as I have ever experienced anywhere. The only complaint that I have is that the building (including the windows in my room) is covered in green plastic while they renovate the exterior. This was not a big issue for me. I would highly recommend the Park Hotel as a very good budget option, especially for those travellers who will spend most of the day out seeing the sights of Hong Kong. It is probably not a good option for travellers who want to conduct business meetings or entertain in their room.
