As this was our first trip on our own to Kowloon, the shuttle service provided by the hotel was excellent. However, it would have been better, if we could use it to get us to the city centre when we check-out as we had to drag our luggage to catch the MTR which is not far, but rather inconvenient as we are Senior citizens .Taking a taxi to city centre would cost much. From there we had to walk to the Ferry Terminal to get to Macau.We were offered Smoking room upon checkin but our request for a Non smoking room was granted very fast and we were upgraded to a Deluxe room with no extra cost.Ov...

I was upgraded at no extra charge, though the room was located on a smoking floor, which was unfortunate and no other rooms on a non-smoking floor were available. Room size was very good and the flat screen tv is a bonus. Quite a hike to get to and from the MRT but the walkways make this bearable, especially if it is raining. All in all a pretty good hotel for the price.
