Rated #7 for all Kowloon hotels
We were very impressed with our room - very clean, and excellent views over the city. Also a king size bed! The hotel restaurant was pretty good, although a little over priced (but that's hotels for you). There was not much information in the room about the services at the hotel - for example whether there was a swimming pool, and the rates at which phone calls were charged. I never did find out if there was a pool, and a 1 minute call to an answerphone in New Zealand cost HK$40 - very pricey. We found it really easy to get a taxi to and from the hotel - for HK$240, which seemed pretty reasona...

Value for money, the hotel is very good - rooms are spacious, hotel is relatively new and there are malls nearby. However, it is quite far from Kowloon or Hongkong area. Best if the hotel could provide free shuttle services to these areas. As it is right now, guests are being asked to pay to avail of the shuttle service.

My kids felt disappointed as the swimming pool was still not opened. There was a smelly fish & meat market located just right across the street. We needed to cover our noses when we passed by. Other than these, it was a great hotel with friendly & helpful staff. The standard room was big enough even for a family of 4 since they had 2 queen size beds. It was clean and new. A bit far away from the MTR station but there was a bus station right next to the hotel. Close to shopping mall and restaurants. Great value offered by Hoteltravel.com. Will pick this hotel again for our next visit in Hong Kong. 15 min walk to MTR station. But there was a bus station at the back of the hotel. Can find buses going to Mongkok. quiet if the fire alarm was not triggered in the middle of the night due to somebody smoked in the "non-smoking" room. It happened 3 nights during my 10-night-stay.

We found it really easy to get a taxi to and from the hotel - for HK$240, which seemed pretty reasonable. And it took less than half an hour too. We were only stopping over in Hong Kong for one night, but found that L'Hotel Nina certainly suited our needs for this purpose.

It was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The only problem was the 15-min walk to the nearest MTR station and about a 30-min journey to Central. Other than that, the rooms were great, the services were great, the view was great and definitely great value for money. I would recommend anyone and everyone going to HK to stay at this hotel.

I chose this hotel due to relatively reasonable price and spacious rooms, but I felt some troubles since this hotel located far from the Tsim Sa Tsui and even the nearest mtr stations is far from this hotel. I think this hotel is suitable for business trips or family holiday trips, and not for people that enjoy shopping in the center of HK.
