The girl at the concierge was very unfriendly. We found the beds very hard indeed. There was no decent English news channels on the T.V. We went to the Restaurant for an evening meal as we enjoy Chinese Quisine but the food was terrible. We felt that this Hotel mainly caters for locals It did not appear to have any other Western clients both times we were there. We did not feel at all welcome . I certainly would not have wanted to pay more for this accommodatiion. Its redeeming points were that we were able to get to the MTR and Airport Express Train from the Prince Edward Station nearby.

The Hotel Lobby was awful. They did not have any sofa just a few chairs which were worn out and you could see the holes and how they try to patch them up . Room was OK just a bit small. The toilet was badly designed the size of the toilet bowl was so big that it took up most of the space in the bathroom .very difficult to get in and out of the bathroom and I am a small person so definitely not ideal for a large person.
Just spent two nights there so it was bearable but would not go back there again. One good thing about it was that it is nicely placed near the busy shopping area of Mongkok and the metro.

Hotel Signage is not very visible in the night, especially if one take the route from Prince Edward MTR station. We think it would help travellers to locate the hotel if a more brightly-lit hotel name signage is displayed. The hotel should indicate clearly to its guests that the bottled drinks and instant cup noodles that they are not complimentary and is payable if consumed - maybe a note on the tray displaying these items.
We like the good chambermaid services. We were happy to return to the cleaned room with new pair of slippers, fresh towels and new roll of toilet tissue at the end of each day. The hotel reception could advise us well on directions to take the express airport coach.

Well, I booked 3 rooms together for my friends. On the night when we check in, we have a shock when my friend was given a room where there are still some guests sleeping inside. I'm just wondering how the hotel's personnel could give a key to a room when there is still someone inside. Luckily it was a lady with a child, what if is someone with a gun! Imagine what will happen to my friend and his wife. The hotel don't even have the courtesy to apologise for the terrible mistake and take it as if nothing happen.

The hotel is located up north the Mongkok area and very close to the flower/bird and ladies market... The service at the front desk is good and efficient, however the concierge, bell is more decorative and acts only when really approached. TV channels are -i believe except one or two- all in chinese only, or maybe it was just bad luck for me not to find them
